  • Either choose from our available lots for sale or request Liberty Invest to source an alternative lot
  • We then inform the appropreiate licensed realtor in America they inform the seller that they have a buyer
  • Once the seller accepts your offer, they will then reserve the property in your name.
  • A contact is drawn up
  • The realtor then instructs a title company to instigate legal documentation as per U.S.A law
  • We will then send you an agreement which needs to be filled in with all relavent particulars, signed and witnessed
  • You return the agreement which will include our admin fees
  • The licensed realtor will send you a contract for your land they will then require a small deposit, entitled earnest money
  • Should you wish to proceed you are then required to pay remainder
  • Once the title company has received full payment they will then place your money in an escrow account and send you a receipt for your placement.
  • A completion date is agreed upon with the seller
  • After completion, deeds are registered in your name
  • After deeds are registered they are then dispatched to you along with the settlement documents
